Collaborative leadership

One of the megatrends of the new EFQM Model is the need for a different type of Leadership style - less hierarchical, less command and control, more collaborative. Developing a performance culture based on trust, respect, appropriate challenge and support is essential for collaborative leadership.

Facilitation Skills

This practical workshop will prepare you to understand the theory of facilitation and allow you to practice facilitation in a safe group setting. Delegates will gain experience of a variety of facilitator’s tools and creative techniques, as well as practical exercises for dealing with challenging behaviours.
