This training is for Assessors who are looking to renew their accreditation for another 2 years. It will provide background on the changes to the new EFQM Model, RADAR logic and digital tools to ensure that current EFQM Assessors are equipped to conduct effective assessments.
One of the megatrends of the new EFQM Model is the need for a different type of Leadership style - less hierarchical, less command and control, more collaborative. Developing a performance culture based on trust, respect, appropriate challenge and support is essential for collaborative leadership.
If being a manager is about what you do, becoming a leader is about learning and trusting in who you are – the personal qualities and skills that inspire people to work with you.
This training develops the skills and behaviours necessary to support business growth and create long lasting individual development.
Free for Quality Scotland Members.
Participants will consider what makes an effective facilitator and how to plan for facilitating with confidence.
Our network of members meet regularly to provide opportunities to ‘share what works’ and to apply this to current challenges and topical issues. Regardless of size of organisation or type of service delivery, members are all working with EFQM. This provides a common language and framework to facilitate discussion and learning.
This programme provides the route to becoming a Green Belt practitioner accredited to the benchmark British Quality Foundation certification but is equally for delegates who simply want to find out in detail what Lean Six Sigma is and how it works.
Your passport to becoming an EFQM Assessor, this course is the only official EFQM Assessor Training available in Scotland.
