We recognise that many of our members are changing the way they work during this period and many are focusing on immediate priorities and critical front-line working. Our thoughts are with everyone in the Quality Scotland community and we hope you are able to stay safe.

In the current context of the Corona Virus pandemic, Quality Scotland has taken the difficult decision to furlough our staff and suspend our services until further notice.

We look forward to further supporting our members when organisations are able to return to business as usual. We will increase our activity later in the year and will be running more network meetings, training dates and 1-to-1 coaching, and support for organisations taking part in recognition. You can continue to book a place on the opportunities on our website and we will be in touch nearer the time with joining instructions.

All of our members, training delegates, organisations taking part in recognition, and Assessors have been contacted with an update. For all members whose EFQM accreditation is due to expire during the furlough period, this will be extended until we return to work and can re-arrange further assessments as appropriate.

We will be unable to respond to enquiries during the period of furlough but we will answer all communications when we return.
