The Park Room

Full-day     09:00-17:00    £250 (£200 Members' Price)

Half-day     09:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00    £200 (£175 Members' Price)

The Dean Room

Full-day     09:00-17:00    £220 (£175 Members' Price)

Half-day     09:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00    £190 (£150 Members' Price)

All room rates exclude VAT.

If you wish to hire the rooms outwith office hours, book both rooms together, or have any other special requirements, please do not hesitate to get in contact. 

Capacity

The layout of the rooms can be changed to suit your requirements but here is a guide to the capacity of each room. 

Catering

Lunch - At Quality Scotland we can arrange lunch on your behalf with our usual caterers or you can choose to use a caterer of your own choice. 

Water - There is a complimentary in-room water cooler for both rooms.

Refreshments - In each room there is a tea and coffee machine with biscuits. These refreshments are complimentary for up to 12 people, additional delegates will be charged £4.50 per head

Equipment

A registration table, wireless internet, and a projector with screen are provided free of charge at the Training Academy for both rooms.

If you require a flipchart stand and paper it is £5 and photocopying charges are dependent upon size, colour, and if documents are to be double-sided.
