Quality Scotland Plans in response to COVID-19
We will now start to operate a WFH (work from home) model until further notice and we will endeavour to keep you informed through methods of regular communication.
As well as regular general communication our account directors will be contacting their own accounts, initially by email then afterwards in accordance with your own requirements.
We are also having to make changes to some of our key business activities to protect the well-being of our members and staff. Please see below some updates on our upcoming activities.
We have now postponed any face to face training courses until further notice. We will be in touch if you have booked on a course to give you more information and to discuss alternative arrangements.
We are delighted to be able to offer a range of virtual training options, linked to the new EFQM Model and beyond. These courses are ideal for people who want to build on skills they have gained previously through EFQM training and Assessments, or for people who want to improve their general professional skills. Our next two network events will now be held remotely via an online platform.
Never has there been a time when the theme of this meeting 'supporting your people' has been so relevant and we are working with MHScot Workplace Wellbeing to make this online session as helpful as possible.

Account directors will be contacting those currently going through Committed to Excellence to arrange online validation visits if this suits the organisation during this time. Regrettably we have had to postpone the Recognised for Excellence site visits this year. The applicant organisations and assessors have been contacted.
Scottish Awards For Business Excellence 2020
As the Recognised for Excellence process has been delayed this also means that unfortunately we will need to delay the Scottish Awards for Business Excellence until later in the year. We also feel that this is a sensible precaution as other large public events are currently being cancelled. We will be in contact with all of our members and stakeholders again as soon as we have more information about when the ceremony will take place.
