Responsible for:

• Account management of Quality Scotland members across all sectors

• Working with organisations on a one-to-one basis and facilitation of EFQM self-assessments and validations

• Delivering a range of training to member organisations, including Basic Assessor Training & External Assessor Training

• Developing partnerships with other organisations in Scotland with whom Quality Scotland can work to drive the excellence agenda forward
