Cancellation Policy

All bookings for training and events should be made via our website, www.qualityscotland.co.uk. An invoice will be issued shortly after the booking is received. We expect that the invoice is paid in full before the date of the course. All training fees are subject to VAT.

We realise that there are occasions when you may have to change your plans and/or wish to cancel or amend your booking.  Any cancellation or transfer request must be received via email and sent to info@qualityscotland.co.uk.  

You may cancel your booking at no extra cost, provided you notify us more than 30 working days before the start date. The full amount already paid will be refunded.  As it gets closer to the date however, it becomes harder to fill your space, so only a proportion of the amount paid will be refunded. Please see the table below for the amounts of the cancellation fee. 

You may also transfer your booking to an alternative course at no extra cost, provided you notify us more than 30 working days before the original start date. As it gets closer to the date however, it becomes harder to fill your space, so a supplementary invoice will be issued for the transfer fee incurred. This invoice is payable immediately. Occasionally, if there are insufficient bookings on a particular course we may have to cancel it.  In these circumstances we will advise you as soon as we can.  We will either refund your fee in full, or rebook you onto an alternative course, as you prefer.  We will not refund any other costs you incur as a result of the cancellation.
