YOUR TRAINER
Moore Allison
Catalyst Consulting
As an Associate Partner of Catalyst Consulting, Moore has 18 years' post graduate experience in the areas of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement. Having attained his Black Belt while working for Motorola in Scotland, Moore has managed a multitude of both Green and Black Belt Projects for companies across the UK and Europe.

In addition to coaching numerous candidates from varied backgrounds and running management workshops, Moore recently completed a 6 month MBB role, overseeing a team of Black and Green Belts. This entailed project selection and coaching, setting up a toll-gate process, responsibility for project delivery, supporting champions and promoting Lean Six Sigma engagement within the business. More recently, Moore has been providing consulting and training across service and industrial companies.
Lean Six Sigma modules are run in waves and it is recommended that the Foundation, Statistical Tools and Black Belt modules are taken sequentially. Change Management may be taken at any time and is also available as a stand alone course. Please also note that Modules can be booked together at a cheaper price.
