Self-Assessment is now available in an online version. Learn from the latest 2010 EFQM Excellence resources and inspire your organisation to achieve its objectives.
- The online self-assessment course is comprised of 7modules, to be worked through in a 6 week period.
- In total, the course requires 15 hours of core study-time.
- The course is designed to be user-friendly and inclusive.
- All course participants will receive support from an expert tutor, and their own copy of the 2010 Excellence Model reference book (included within the price).
- Resources include both personal and collaborative learning activities.

Who should enrol?
Managers planning to be involved in running a self-assessment programme and individuals that would like to develop their understanding of the EFQM Excellence Model and how it works.
