Secondments in Quality Scotland

Member organisations have the opportunity to second employees to work with Quality Scotland as a personal development opportunity. Secondments can have a varied duration, be it for the development of specific projects or to gain a breadth of experiences.

Some organisations, like Strathclyde Police, have a secondment programme with Quality Scotland, where an individual from their organisation joins us every 6 months. Other organisations like Scottish Enterprise, have participated in one-off secondment schemes where the individual has expressed interest in this personal development opportunity.
