All EFQM publications are ordered direct from Brussels. So far, Quality Scotland has absorbed the rising costs caused by recent fluctuations in the Euro-Sterling exchange rate. We regret that, from 1st July, we will have to increase the prices of EFQM publications to reflect these alterations in the exchange rate.
