What is Pathway?

Pathway is a comprehensive online tool that enables you to carry out a detailed analysis of your organisation’s performance and identify its strengths and areas for improvement. The newly developed features, allow you to document your results through a series of sophisticated charting applications and functions. This capability allows you to use results for benchmarking purposes, to help shape improvement plans and to provide historical evidence of continuous improvement.

How do I use Pathway?

Pathway operates by allowing employees to answer a series of detailed questions relating to the different aspects of your organisational performance. The approach can be applied to your whole organisation or specific departments or sections as required. In addition, the question sets and branding can also be adapted specifically to your needs, ensuring the language used in the questionnaire is always relevant to your organisation and in line with other business improvement initiatives you may already have in place. For instance, if your organisation uses the Excellence Model, we can tailor the questions to reflect the nine elements of the model and each of the criterion parts. That way, employees are able to communicate exactly how they feel their organisation is performing against the Model.
