Lean Six Sigma – Advanced Black Belt Tools

Building on the Advanced Green Belt Programme, this three-day course provides training in advanced statistical tools.

Black Belts are equipped with the data and change management skills required to tackle high-profile, complicated business problems. They are Lean Six Sigma experts who coach Green Belts and support senior management in the deployment of continuous improvement thinking and methods in the business. Demonstrated success as a Black Belt is often a pathway to a senior operational role.

The Advanced Black Belt Tools module is taken after Process Measurement and Control and Data Analysis Techniques and consolidates the tools taught in these modules before extending their application to more complex situations. Design of Experiments for manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments is covered in detail. A comprehensive review of DMAIC, projects, roles, financial aspects are discussed via realistic case study.

The course is supported by access to Catalyst's on-line portal's video library covering all the topics taught on this module.

This course is only available for inhouse training - please contact us for details.
