What are Licensed Associates?

Licensed Associates are a network of individuals that are licensed to carry out work on behalf of Quality Scotland. This may include the delivery of training courses, assessments or facilitation. Generally, Licensed Associates:

• Have an established background in training and consultancy in management and organisational improvement
• Are licensed to deliver EFQM training, assessments and facilitation
• Have been accredited as a National Excellence Assessor
