EFQM MODEL 2010

EFQM has reviewed and revised the Excellence Model, the Fundamental Concepts and the RADAR assessment methodology. Quality Scotland is running more FREE workshops designed to provide you with more information on the changes and how they will affect you. For more information or to view our frequently asked questions page, please click here.

The EFQM Excellence model is a non-prescriptive framework for understanding the connections between what an organisation does, and the results it is capable of achieving. It is used to structure a logical and systematic review of any organisation, permitting comparisons to be made with similar or very different kinds of organisation. It is also used to define what capabilities and resources are necessary in order to deliver the organisation’s strategic objectives.

To order a copy of the new 2010 version of the book, please visit our publications shop. You can also view a selection of publications to assist you on your journey to excellence.
