New Leadership for Excellence Programme Launched in conjunction with the Social Enterprise Academy

Leadership for Exellence is a new Leadership programme designed for managers with responsibility for delivering EFQM and continuous improvement within an organisation. Commencing May 2012, this 12 day programme over a period of six months will help you and your organisation to:

  • develop an understanding of leadership theories and their application
  • share and learn across sectors
  • gain support for an implement the EFQM Excellence Model
  • achieve a degree level qualification - ILM 5 Certificate in Leadership
