EFQM has reviewed and revised the Excellence Model, the Fundamental Concepts and the RADAR assessment methodology.
If you would like to find out more information about these changes, please come along to one of our workshops which are being held around the country FREE of charge to our members and membership organisations.
Please note that if you are an Accredited Assessor you will need to re-accredit against the new Model.
