Winners' Showcase 2017
Come along to our Winners' Showcase where you will learn first hand from organisations that have recently won excellence awards at the Scottish Awards for Business Excellence 2017.
At this year's Winners' Showcase, there will be presentations and discussions from our overall Scottish Award for Business Excellence winner and Good Pactice Award organisations. There will also be a Q&A session at the end of the event for you to be able to find out information that can help you support your organisation through Recognised for Excellence or get advice on specific practices that you believe could benefit your team.

As the winner of the coveted Scottish Award for Business Excellence 2017 and two Good Practice Awards, the Wise Group will be presenting on their excellence journey and more specific practices that helped them shine amongst the other Recognised for Excellence organisations this year. They were recipients of the Good Practice Awards for Managing with Agility and Leading with Vision, Inspiration & Integrity. The Assessment team for the Wise Group found that 'this is an organisation always ready to evolve and adapt in response to changes in the political and environmental landscape – its delivery model and services are revised to meet these changes.'
Scottish Autism is dedicated to enriching the lives of people with autism and continuously strive for excellence. This year they demonstrated that they had made improvements and maintained their excellent work to move from 3 Star to 4 Star. They also demonstrated to their Assessment Team that the organisation 'encourages all staff to be experts and innovators, contributing to standards of practice which differentiate them from their competitors' which led to Scottish Autism being awarded the Good Practice Award for Harnessing Creativity & Innovation.
Loretto Care provides a range of care and support services across western and central Scotland and their aim is to ensure individuals are provided with a level of care that helps them to live happy and independent lives. Representatives from Loretto Care will be discussing their organisation's work with staff to encourage the belief 'that everyone is a leader and that they are supported to be self-directed and self-sufficient... and to take responsibility and enhance the organisation’s reputation.'
Cube HA are all about creating ‘Better Homes, Better Lives’ for their tenants and communities. They are a Registered Social Landlord with more than 3400 homes across the west of Scotland. At the Awards this year they achieved Recognised for Excellence 5 Star and were awarded the Good Practice Award for Adding Value for Customers. Cube HA is 'an organisation who, through empowering their people have a workforce which, without exception, goes the extra mile to deliver improved services to their clients.'
