What is Business Mentoring?

Business Mentoring is scheme where a member organisation coaches another in a particular business area. This can be applied to any area of business excellence, including how to implement an improvement programme.  For instance, a voluntary sector organisation has just begun to implement the EFQM Excellence Model and a private sector company is now mentoring them through this process.

What are the benefits?

The benefits of becoming involved in mentoring are obtained both by the mentor and mentee. Whether you are looking for extra support from an experienced and successful organisation or hoping to mentor someone as part of your Corporate Social Responsibility, the learning outcomes are significant.
