What is Business Juggler?

Business Juggler is a powerful but simple online tool to help your organisation identify priorities and develop an action plan for improvement. Aimed primarily at SMEs, smaller teams within larger organisations or organisations that have limited experience in business improvement activities, Business Juggler is the ideal starting point for organisations wishing to embark on an Excellence Journey.

It is based on the EFQM Excellence Model – meaning that you are using a holistic approach to assessing your business- but you don’t have to know anything about the Model to use it! By answering 36 straightforward questions online, you will be provided with a comprehensive report outlining your organisation’s strengths and areas for improvement, which you can use to create your organisation’s action plan. In a nutshell, Business Juggler will quickly help you identify where you should focus your efforts in order to gain the maximum benefit for improving your business.
