What is a Business Excellence Assessor?Quality Scotland’s Business Excellence Assessors have been accredited to the EFQM standard. There are two types of assessors: European Excellence Assessors and National Excellence Assessors.
Business Excellence Assessors are able to carry out assessments against the EFQM Excellence Model either for various recognition schemes or for your organisations internal requirements. If you would like to become an Accredited Assessor, please book your place on Quality Scotland’s EFQM Assessor Training. Once accredited, to develop your assessment skills even further, you can apply to participate in assessing a recognition scheme on behalf of Quality Scotland, such as the Scottish Awards for Business Excellence.
