Quality Scotland is a not-for-profit organisation that promotes Business Excellence across Scotland in the private, public and voluntary sectors. Quality Scotland’s members now number over 200, including blue chips such as Standard Life and the Royal Bank of Scotland, ambitious SMEs and a range of public and voluntary sector organisations.

As the nation’s Business Excellence experts and National Partner Organisation for EFQM in Scotland, the most widely used management framework in Europe, members benefit from support of a dedicated Account Manager who provides guidance and expertise in implementing business improvement programmes.
